Why does a search for description10 give different results than description '10'?
CAUSE:
column description has 'soft comparison' set but 'this text column contains numeric data' is not set.
soft comparison uses CONTAINS in the search
hard comparison uses EQUALS in the search
FIX:
set 'this text column contains numeric data'. Now both description 10 and description '10' should have the same SQL interpretation.
