Cannot import audit policy .xml file
The file <filename.xml> has changed since it was exported or it does not contain the seal information
Tables had been added manually one by one to the audit policy prior to the export
Policy GUID and seal ID are entirely different

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Recreate the audit policy by right clicking in the "Selected Audit Tables" field within the Audit Policy Maintenance tool and choose "Add multiple tables" . Then select all the tables you want to add to your policy. Make sure you do not edit the file afterwards in any way.
