Adding OCX to a window causes frame realization issues
AppBuilder generates code which sets the :NAME attribute for the OCX CONTROL-FRAME container
Setting the :NAME attribute causes the CONTROL-FRAME to be parented to the wrong window
Window could possibly GPF depending on what OCX was used

At the time the :NAME attribute was set the CURRENT-WINDOW property had not properly been set so the CONTROL-FRAME was parented to whatever CURRENT-WINDOW pointed to
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1B or later
