FIX:

A. Steps to disable a plug-in:

1. Open the Architect's Product Configuration dialog:
Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration
2. Find the plug-in that you want to disable by expanding the tree on the left pane.
3. Right-click on the item and select Disable.
4. Select Yes in the confirmation dialog.
5. Select Yes in the dialog asking you to restart Eclipse.
B. Steps to uninstall a plug-in:

1. Disable the plug-in by following the above 5 steps.
2. Open the Architect's Product Configuration dialog:
Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration
3. Expand the eclipse directory path to show all the installed plug-in
4. Select the Plug-in and press the Uninstall link on the right panel.
5. Press Yes when asked if you want to disable this feature.
6. Press Yes to restart eclipse.
