FIX:
The answer to all of the above questions is YES subject to the following two conditions:
1. The RB-DB-CONNECTION parameter should pass the OpenEdge 10.x database connection string.
2. The new OpenEdge 10.x database should have the same database schema elements referenced in the original Progress 9.x report. Tables, fields or indexes may be added or deleted to and from the new OpenEdge 10.x database without impacting the functionality of the legacy Progress 9.x report as long as these additions and/or deletions do not effect the database schema elements referenced in the original Progress 9.x Report Builder report.
