SYMPTOM(s):
Changing the prowin32.exe manifest in way to have the Windows XP look and feel on Windows Vista has no effect.
Windows Vista doesn't give the appearance of Windows XP even after changing the Progress Manifest.
CAUSE:
The current version of Windows Vista is running without Microsoft Service Pack 01
FIX:
Download and install Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack 01 in way to make the Progress Manifest to display with Windows XP look and fee.
