SYMPTOM(s):
Characters up to a predefined entity in an XML attribute are being removed in a SOAP Request
The OpenEdge Web Service client sends a SOAP Request containing XML elements with attributes with predefined entities
The XML element has more than one attribute that contains an escaped special character (such as "&")
The attribute data contained up to the first special character disappears
The first attribute is not affected
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C or later.
