Message pops up when opening Procedure Editor
CAUSE:
There are more than 100 buffers opened in the Procedure Editor
FIX:
Bring the number of open buffers below 100 either by modifying the registry entries at HCU\Software\PSC\Progress\10.1A\Proedit or modify the .ini file used by the progress session.
