The rest of the SQL views are visible when querying them in SQL Explorer

CAUSE:
This is an issue with the 4.1 ODBC driver that was added in the 9.1D07 Service Pack.
FIX:
Use the MERANT 3.60 32-BIT Progress SQL-92 9.1D driver that comes with 9.1D instead.
