Online incremental backup has been taken almost immediately after the online full backup
No activity on the database
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
Online incremental backups include the BI file. That means if the BI file is large, the incremental backup will be as well.
FIX:
Make sure the BI file stays reasonably sized
