SYMPTOM(s):
proutil "db name" -C dump "table name" "directory" [-index "index num"] (6003) (100) message in database log file for SQLSRV2 server
Error (6003) only displayed partially
Providing customer with the 9.1D09 PROMSGS file causes Error (6003) messages to disappear but Error (6023) to appear
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
The PROMSGS file is incorrect, message (11049) should be displayed instead of (6003) or (6023)
FIX:
Message (11049) does not indicate an error but is purely for information purposes. Seeing message (6023), which really should be (11049) is not an indication of an error for the SQLSRV2 process.
This was fixed in 9.1E where the correct message will now show up in the database log file.
