CAUSE:
Bug# OE00131166
CAUSE:
As the DBService queue fills up, performance drops as Replication is unable to acknowledge notes.
FIX:
In replication enabled environments experiencing this issue, upgrade to 10.1A02, 10.1B01 and later versions then increase the -pica database startup parameter higher.
The new maximum value is 8192.
