FACT(s) (Environment):
RedHat Enterprise Linux 3.0
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The hosts file includes two entries for 127.0.0.1 on the same line.
FIX:
Remove the first entry leaving only localhost associated with 127.0.0.1
