Error 4132 occurs in various parts of the application.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00109938
CAUSE:
The Progress core client imposed a maximum frame width of 320 columns.
While the related errors could be either worked around or suppressed, this was not done for the Dynamics Runtime components.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B or later release.
The limitations in the core client have been removed, thus solving this issue.
