Programming Handbook, Client Deployment Guide and the Progress Version 9 Product Update Bulletin indicate that the default is 3096

FIX:
The Startup Command and Parameter Reference should state that the Single-User and Multi-User defaults are 3096.
The documentation has been corrected in OpenEdge 10.0A and later.
