SYMPTOM(s):
WRKPROJOB utility shows that server process has not existed
CAUSE:
Progress/400 did not have the chance to delete objects from the PROTMP library after the system crashed
FIX:
Follow these steps to resolve the problem:
1. Disconnect all clients
2. Stop the Progress broker (if using TCP/IP)
3. Use WRKACTJOB to make sure there are no PROSERVER nor PROTCPBRK jobs running
4. Last, delete all objects within the PROTMP library.
