Error occurs when closing multi-field selector dialog
Entry 2 is outside the range of list <calculated field name>. (560)
Entry <entry#> is outside the range of list <list-string>. (560)
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C or later release.
The issue no longer occurs in later releases.
Workaround:
Remove all fields and re-add all fields at once
