GOAL:
How to do an OUTER JOIN in RESULTS.
FIX:
An outer join is called a "complete relationship" in Results. Follow these steps to get an outer join:
1) Table-->Relationship Types.
2) Click the Relationship you need the outer join on, so that it has a blue background (or as the manual states, "reverse video"). If this is left as white background, then you get an inner join.
3) Create and run the report.
Note: You might have to enable the option, "Hide Repeating Values" for certain fields. This can be done by Field-->Properties for those fields.
