NetSetup incomplete with Microsoft Management Console message
Installing on Hong Kong version of Windows XP SP2
Performing NetSetup installation
This installation of Progress requires Microsoft Management Console version 1.1 or later.
Please download and install "Microsoft Management Console version 1.1" or later from the Microsoft website after completing the Progress installation.
Run > mmc > About shows Microsoft Management Console version later than 1.1
CAUSE:
This is a known issue. The behaviour could be seen with any non-western European regional settings
FIX:
No Fix at this time.
Workarounds:
1. A complete non-netsetup installation should succeed.
2. Or Change Regional Settings to e.g. English for duration of install.
