SYMPTOM(s):
Checkbox status not refreshed after pressing cancel or reset button
Application is connected to remote database.
Happens only with Vista Aero theme.
CAUSE:
This is due to the Vista display behavior. There's an additional layer between the application and the display. The application does not paint directly to the display but paints to a virtual display first. Vista renders it to the real display afterwards.
FIX:
As a workaround, set the SESSION attribute IMMEDIATE-DISPLAY to YES.
