Apptivity: prevent the html file from being rebuild
Why to know this ?
==================
It is possible that the customers want to change the HTML file that is
generated by the Apptivity developer to contain their own preferences
like backgrounds, other dimensions for the applet, adding the archive
tag , .....
Apptivity developer will regenerate this file when something changes
in the development environment so the personal changes will be lost.
How to solve:
=============
After applying the changes in the constructed HTML file, you can set
the properties of the file to read only on the OS level. In that way
the Apptivity developer cannot change the content.
