All users terminate abnormally with error 794 and no other errors within the database log file.
Usernum <num> terminated abnormally. (794)
Database is no longer running
Database doesn't generate messages that it is shutting down
No errors prior or after the users abnormally terminating.
Windows Event Viewer displays errors relating to TCP/IP and Clustering.
Event Viewer Application Log shows error: The MS DTC service is stopping.
Event Viewer Server Log shows the following errors:
The TCP/IP interface for Cluster IP Address '<Cluster IP Address>' has failed.
The TCP/IP interface for Cluster IP Address '<Server Name> IP Address' has failed.
Cluster resource '<Cluster IP Address>' in Resource Group '<Resource Group>' failed.
Cluster resource '<Server Name> IP Address' in Resource Group '<Resource Group>' failed.
The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more time sources, however none of the sources are currently accessible. No attempt to contact a source will be made for 1 minutes. NtpClient has no source of accurate time.

CAUSE:
TCP/IP issues related to clustering has caused the Progress environment to fail.
FIX:
Refer the TCP/IP and Clustering issues to the appropriate vendor.
