SYMPTOM(s):
Error 8839 connecting a from SQL-92 client
No SQL servers are available. Try again later. (8839)
-Ma, -Mi, -Mn, -Mpb have appropriated values.
The maximum total of users connected to a specific server is never equal to -Ma even if the amount of connections requests are enough to fill up all connections slots in the server

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
1 - Increase the -Ma parameter to have more users connected to a server. Adding 3 or 4 above the the desired real number of users in a server might be enough.
2 - Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A02 or later .
