_sqlsrv2 process dies
(1153) BROKER detects death of server <nnnn>.
(2525) Disconnecting dead server <nnnn>.
Veritas Backup Exec is used to backup files from server
DLC directory and its sub directories are not excluded from list of directories to be backed up
CAUSE:
Veritas Backup Exec causing undesired behaviour when it accesses Progress binaries during its backup process
FIX:
Make sure the Progress ("DLC") installation directory and its subdirectories are on Backup Exec's directory exclusion list
