FIX:
A version of the ProInventory utility for HP-UX Itanium 64 bit platform does not currently exist. The ProInventory utility for the HPUX1164 can be used to obtain the Versions.log, Environment.log and SysInfo.log associated with an OpenEdge Installation on an HP-UX Itanium 64 bit machine.
