Ora-error ora-3113 in the DataServer log.

CAUSE:
Progress connection to Oracle was broken, and the cause could it be a network failure, or the listener was not running.
FIX:
Verify the reason the connection was down, fix it, and restart Progress application and/or DataServer Broker.
