FIX:
OpenEdge products are placed on the Electronic Software Distribution site when a product is commercially released to our customers. The ability to see or access these products via the Electronic Software Distribution site is dependant upon:
1. If you have maintenance and
2. If you have requested an upgrade for that product from your Sales Representative.
If you have not requested an upgrade and would like to do so, please contact your Sales Representative to process the request. Once the upgrade has been processed, the ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) site will be updated with the new serial # and control codes and you will have visibility to the upgraded versions.
