HP-UX & %wio used in Promon
Some versions of HP-UX calculate percent wait input/output (%wio)
incorrectly. Therefore, promon and dbanalysis might be skewed.
%wio is fixed in HP-UX 8.0, but broken in HP-UX 8.02
