CHANGE:
Upgraded the MS SQL Server DataServer from OE10.0B05 to OE10.1B03
CAUSE:
The schema verification code in the DataServer is not behaving properly.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C and review solution P125578 (linked below).
