SYMPTOM(s):
Referencing Include files in a .P/.W in OpenEdge Architect
Include file does not open when double-clicking on the Include file reference (i.e. {include.i})
Double-clicking on the Include file reference in the Outline View opens the file as expected

FIX:
Option #1
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C.
Also, check the navigation settings of the editor:
Go to Window > Preferences > General > Editors > Text Editors
If the 'Support hyperlink style navigation' box is checked, then the key indicated in the 'Hyperlink style navigation key modifier' must be held when clicking on the include file. The include file will automatically underline and becomes clickable when this action is performed.
Option #2
Ensure that the option to "Expand Include file contents within the Outline of the current file" has been clicked; Include files should now open when the reference is double-clicked in the .P/.W.
