Running AppBuilder in Architect
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Add a full path to the physical name TEMP-DB on the Connect Database window.
The window will display only the physical name TEMP-DB. Adding c:\ solved this issue.
