V6 NLM Server - Unable to open PROMSGS error

Customers receiving an "Unable to open PROMSGS" error when trying
to load the Version 6 NLM software should make sure that they've
installed the V6 NLM software in a directory called DLC that is
under the root directory on the SYS: volume-- SYS:\DLC. References
to that location are hard-coded into the Progress NLM executable.

With Version 7, you are not required to install to the SYS: volume.
