The executable c:\101a\BIN\RPSERVER.EXE started by the DB Service manager ended in error. (10215)

repl.properties file do not contain CR/LF after the last line with replication property
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
A workaround is to make sure that repl.properties file do contain CR/LF after the last line.
