Stack trace from PROWIN32 reads:
rcUpdateFieldMap
TEMP-TABLE has been defined with a BEFORE-TABLE
ProDataSet is populated using the COPY-DATASET method
Removing BEFORE-TABLE statement prevents the GPF
Removing the COPY-DATASET statement prevents the GPF
Lowering the number of iterations delays but does not prevent the GPF
