Using SAVE-ROW-CHANGES() method of Buffer object handle to create a record
If the create operation fails, for example the database create trigger returns an error, then error 11908 is generated
Unable to create new <name> record in database during SAVE-ROW-CHANGES. (11908)
Using SAVE-ROW-CHANGES() with NO-ERROR option does not suppress the error message
