SYMPTOM(s):
User is performing a search on the PSDN FORUM search page
User is not logged on using his or her PSDN credentials
User is using the Guest account on the PSDN website
The total number of messages returned is not consistent with the number of messages displayed
Sequence number of messages displayed shows "gaps" (eg. first page displays message 1-6, second page show messages 16-18, when the number of messages per page setting is set to eg. 15).
Private messages are not displayed
When the user is logged on with appropriate PSDN account credentials there is no problem.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue.
FIX:
Use the appropriate PSDN account credentials to see all messages returned by the query.
