SYMPTOM(s):
Webspeed broker takes 3 minutes to start
App Server takes at least 3 minutes to start
Most of the 3 minutes is spend before the agent process is spawned
ubroker.properties file is large 200K+
ubroker.properties file is created using mergeprop utility from V9 ubroker.properties
CAUSE:
The ubroker.properties file is large since it merges comments from both V9 and OE, the broker spends most of the time reading the properties file
FIX:
Delete comments from ubroker.properties file so the file size is small and the broker does not have to spend time reading the contents
