SYMPTOM(s):
Frame's Y-coordinate is not saved
Frame position set using the GUI advanced properties dialog of the frame
Y-coordinate coding for the frame position is set in pixels
Changes are committed saving and closing the parent window
Reopening the parent window shows the frame in a different Y-coordinate than the value set
Reading the source code shows that Y-coordinate of the frame is a multiple of 21
Behavior is not observed for the X-coordinate
