Database is audit enabled
Delta definitions file is being applied to the database via the Database Administration utility

CAUSE:

Bug# OE00164945

FIX:

Upgrade to 10.1C01 or later

OR

Upgrade to 10.2A or later
Workaround:

1. Split the df file into sections. Ensure that updates to the same tables are kept together within the same df file, otherwise rpos issues may occur.

2. Copy the footer into each df file, no changes to the footer contents are required.

3. Load the df files.
