Lock table overflow, increase -L on server (915)
SYSTEM ERROR: A/R block doesn't match caller's. Transaction inconsistency. (6028)

This is a known issue.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1B
As a workaround, Increase -L on the database server or address the transaction scope of the batch program.
