There is no configuration change on the AS/400
The DRDA is using port 446
CAUSE:
The TCP/IP DDM server is not running
FIX:
Log on to as/400 as QSECOFR and start TCP/IP DDM Server by entering:
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DDM)
