FIX:
The cmdplugin.log file is created based on the location specified on the workDir parameter under the [UBroker] section of the ubroker.properties file. By default the workDir=$WRKDIR under the [UBroker] section of the ubroker.properties file. If workDir is left to the default value, it will take the $WRKDIR variable specified for the user environment for the terminal session.
