Communication links error in AppServer server log file
08S01: [Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Communication link failure
4GL client returns stop condition
AppServer agents still show as being available after the error is received
AppServer agents are not responding to any client's requests after the error is received
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00160255
CAUSE:
Microsoft network layer errors resulted in communication links error which cut off the connection to sql server from data server. However data server did not responds to such situation gracefully and allow the client to reconnect
FIX:
Address the network layer issue with Microsoft.
As a reactive measure, install 10.1C. The fix will either reconnect to data source with information stored in schema holder or when the reconnect is issued from the application with correct connection parameters
