Proinst not responding to Enter and Control-E key strokes
After entering Control Numbers during installation the Enter (Additional products) and Ctrl-E (Done) key strokes do not work.
Cursor jumps back to Serial Number field.
No error messages are displayed.
CAUSE:
The Serial Number entered was incomplete. It should contain 9 digits. Leading zeros were omitted.
FIX:
Enter Serial Numbers including the leading zeros.
