Error running dbtool offline / in a single user mode.
dsmUserConnect failed rc = -1
Database has large files enabled
Connecting while using an Enterprise Database license
Dbtool puts error in database log file
Only Enterprise systems may access a database with large files enabled (9818)

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00132898
FIX:
The workaround for this issue is to start the database in multi-user mode and then run dbtool against the database as a self-service connection.
