FIX:
Yes.
SQL89 Data-Direct drivers require the IDLC environment variable to be set.
The SQL89 driver does not need to have the DLC environment variable set.
SQL92 Data-Direct driver does not require either DLC or IDLC set as an environment variable.
Therefore there should be no conflict having both running on the same system.
