READ-ONLY editor appears editable when the parent container is initialized
Editor has READ-ONLY and ENABLE properties set in Property Sheet screen
Editor widget is editable when the container is initialized
Problem does not occur when using a normal (non-ADM) window

Upgrade to 10.1C or later
Option #2
Do not use the READ-ONLY on the property sheet, instead uncheck Enable.
The ADM uses the READ-ONLY property to enable/disable editors.
