Unable to perform Software Updates in OE Architect.
The URL for the remote site configuration in OE Architect is correct and accessible via browser
The javaw.exe is listed as an exception on the Windows firewall
Process Monitor shows javaw.exe process unable to create eclipse\.update folders under %TEMP% directory
CAUSE:
Rogue "eclipse" file was present under %TEMP% directory preventing proper creation of update folders and thus the whole update.
FIX:
Remove "eclipse" file from %TEMP% folder and re-try the Software/Feature updates in OE Architect.
