Getting error Snap-in failed to initialize error after installing OpenEdge.
Installation was made by copying Progress / OpenEdge installation directory.
An error occurred during the initial installation of OpenEdge but it looked as if it completed successfully.
regsvr32 <DLC>\bin\proexptlr.dll was run on new system successfully
regsvr32 <DLC>\bin\prox.dll was run on new system successfully

CAUSE:
The contents of the <DLC>\properties\JavaTools.properties file had invalid references. Since the original installation was performed on another system and copied to another machine the entries in the file pointed to the directories where Progress / OpenEdge was installed on the original machine.
FIX:
Correct the entries in the <DLC>\properties\JavaTools.properties file to appropriately point to the current installation path for Progress / OpenEdge on the current machine.
