FIX:
Progress only ships GUI SOAP Viewers on supported platforms. These are WSAViewer and ProSOAPView. Please use a character based 3rd-party tool (e.g. packet sniffers) or a character based OS command (e.g. tcpdump) to view the SOAP messages.
